What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Do you accept international cards?
Cards with an international billing address will be declined. We can NOT accept international cards.

Why did my card get charged when the order didn't go through?
Most of the times, the AVS (Address Verification System) filter will deem an order fraudulent and decline the order due to the billing address not matching the card information entered on the checkout page.  The declined transaction may show on your bank statement as "pending", but will fall off in a few business days.  Please make sure to double check your billing address is correct to prevent this from happening.

Do you ship orders?
We will not ship out any orders made through the website.  All orders placed on our website is only for local pick up at our location:

How long will it does it take for my order to be ready for pick up?
Please give us 30 minutes to an hour after ordering for us to fulfill your order for pick up.  Most of the time, it will be ready much quicker than the time listed above.

What are your pick up times?
Pick up times are during our normal hours of operation:
Everyday 11AM - 7PM (excluding holidays)
